These terms govern your use of pepandbones.com and any order you place with us. Please read them, in particular the sections on what RESTORE is, subscriptions and liability.
1. Who We Are
This website and the RESTORE product are operated by pep&bones ("pep&bones", "we", "us"). Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82081. You can reach us at hello@pepandbones.com.
By browsing this site, placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.
2. Who May Order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. What RESTORE Is
RESTORE is a supplement for dogs. Each 240 g jar contains 7,500 mcg of BPC-157 suspended in dried beef bone broth powder, at 31.25 mcg per 1 g level scoop.
Please read this carefully. RESTORE is sold for supplemental feeding to dogs only. It is not for human consumption. BPC-157 is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and RESTORE is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in any species.
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Research cited on this site was conducted largely in laboratory animals and does not establish an outcome for your dog. Talk to your veterinarian before starting RESTORE, particularly if your dog is pregnant or nursing, is being treated for any condition, or is taking other medication.
4. Orders and Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if the item is unavailable, if pricing or product information was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you order. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The full terms, including how your delivery interval is set, how to cancel and what happens if a payment fails, are in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
7. Guarantee, Returns and Shipping
Our 60 Day Happiness Guarantee and the returns process are described in the Refunds & Returns Policy. Delivery timing and costs are in the Shipping Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it by automated means without our written permission, or resell our products without authorisation.
9. Our Content
The pep&bones name, logo, product names, text, photography and page design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
10. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us a review, photo, testimonial or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and is accurate. We may decline to publish or may remove submissions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular result will follow from using RESTORE.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pep&bones and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold pep&bones harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of the product in a way these Terms prohibit, including administering it to any human.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes affecting active subscribers will be emailed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
