Subscription Terms

How a RESTORE subscription is priced, how the delivery interval is calculated from your dog's size, and how to change or cancel it.
The short version. A RESTORE subscription renews automatically at $70 per jar with free shipping, on the interval calculated from your dog's size, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@pepandbones.com, with no fee. Cancel before a shipment is prepared and you are not charged for it.
1. How Your Interval Is Set
A jar holds 240 level 1 g scoops. Your dog's daily scoop count comes from the weight and mobility rating you enter at checkout, so the interval between deliveries is simply how long a jar lasts at that dose.

Your exact figures are shown before you pay and again on your confirmation. If your dog's weight changes, email us and we will recalculate the dose and shift the interval.
2. Automatic Renewal
By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method $70 per jar, plus tax where applicable, automatically on each renewal, on the interval described above, with no shipping charge. This continues until you cancel. We send an email before each renewal charge so nothing arrives unexpectedly.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Email hello@pepandbones.com from the address on your order and say you want to cancel. We confirm by email, usually within one business day.
Cancel before the next order is prepared and you will not be charged for it. If you cancel after a jar has already shipped, that shipment still stands, but it is covered by the 60 Day Happiness Guarantee like any other order.
4. Pausing and Changing
You can pause a subscription, skip a delivery, change the interval, update your dog's details or change your address or payment method by emailing us. There is no charge for any of this.
5. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. If we do, active subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal charge is declined we will email you and try again over the following few days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, and nothing ships until payment succeeds. You can restart it at any time.
7. Delivery
Subscription orders ship free. Timing and carrier details are in the Shipping Policy.
8. One-Time Orders
A one-time purchase is $85 plus shipping. It does not renew, and nothing is stored to charge you again.
