Shipping Policy

Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.

1. Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We are not yet shipping internationally. Everything leaves our fulfilment partner in Sheridan, Wyoming in a plain carton with no branding on the outside.

3. Processing and Transit

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within two business days. Transit is typically 3 to 6 business days depending on distance, so most orders arrive within about a week. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses take longer.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Severe weather, carrier backlogs and holiday peaks can add time, and those delays are outside our control.

4. Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive the link.

5. Subscription Timing

Subscription jars are timed to arrive before the previous one runs out, based on the daily scoop count for your dog. If your delivery is running ahead of or behind your dog's actual consumption, email us and we will shift the schedule.

6. Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and reship once you confirm the correct address; a second shipping charge may apply on one-time orders. Address changes are possible until the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Covered in the Refunds & Returns Policy. In short: tell us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it.

8. Storage on Arrival

Store RESTORE sealed, in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets. The powder is shelf stable and does not need refrigeration.
